We’re unique in how we make our Artisan baguette and we’re also unique because we bake them not once a week, not even twice, but up to four times a day. August Bakery is made to be as distinctive as its name by using the finest ingredients and natural starters allowing our dough to slowly rise to perfection. Our breads are shaped and scored by hand and baked with the same passion that August Zang had when he introduced the baguette in Paris in 1920.
